Can I delete an item in a list?
No, once an item is in a list it is unable to be removed. You are able to edit or disable items only.
What happens when I edit an item?
When you edit an item the description is updated where ever it has been used in your database.
Can other companies see my list?
No, other companies are unable to see your list. When you share data between companies, list information is not shared.
What is the purpose of lists?
